If you would
like to reserve the FLOC:
Send an email to webmaster@pisgaharpchurch.org
and request your reservation.
- Be sure to include the following information:
- Your name
- Date of event
- Start and end time(s)
- Description of event
- Your contact information including email address and phone number
- Facility area and/or equipment that you will be using
- Any additional comments or special requests
FLOC Event Approval Process:
Your request must first be approved by the Pisgah ARP Church Session
FLOC Usage Fees and Payment:
Costs To Use the FLOC
- There is no rental fee for members of Pisgah A.R.P. Church Inc. to use the
facilities with prior approval.
- Non-members of the Church will be charged rental fees that will be
deposited in the Church General Fund to pay the costs of utilities.
One-half of assessed fee is due and payable when the facility is used for an
event. The balance of the rental fee and entire cleaning fee is due 30
days prior to event. The initial deposit is non-refundable. The
Session reserves the right to waive regular fees for organizations being
hosted by Church members.
Clean-Up Fees
- A clean-up fee of $100.00 will be charged to non-members for use of the
Family Life Center per session approval. Church
members will have the option of paying the appropriate clean-up fee or be
responsible for the clean up themselves.
All groups using the Family Life Center are expected to leave the
building in its original condition prior to the event.
